Bread Pudding Pancakes Recipe

   Stir flour, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in small bowl to blend.

   Place bread in large bowl and add in lowfat milk.

   Let stand till bread is very soft and beginning to fall apart, stirring mix occasionally, about 15 min.

   Add in flour mix to bread mix and blend.

   Fold in Large eggs and 3 Tbsp.

   melted butter.

   Let stand 15 min.

   Preheat oven to 300 F. Heat butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat.

   Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls into skillet.

    Cook pancakes till bubbles form on surface and bottoms are brown, about 2 min.

    Turn pancakes over; cook till cooked through and brown on bootom, about 2 min longer.

    Transfer to baking sheet.

    Keep hot in oven.

    Repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter to skillet as needed.

    Serve with syrup.

    NOTES : The spices are my additions, made so which these are a little more interesting.
