Bran Muffins

   Boil water; add soda and let cool.

   In separate bowl, add remaining ingredients.

   Combine.

   Add cooled water and soda mixture.

   This will keep in fridge for up to 6 weeks.

   Makes about 50 muffins.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until done.
