   Mix grilling sauce and bourbon in a small bowl.

   Set aside.

   Grill ribs, rib side down, over indirect medium heat 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender and starts to pull away from the bones.

   During the last 20 min of grilling, brush both sides of ribs with grilling sauce mix.
