Bourbon Glazed Pork Chops

   Prepare a medium-hot grill.

   In a bowl, mix together the mustard, brown sugar, and bourbon.

   Rub the pork chops with the garlic and house seasoning, then brush with half the glaze.

   Place the chops on the grill.
