Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

Season well with BBQ rub and refrigerate 24 to 48 hours.

Mix BBQ sauce ingredients in a saucepan and gently simmer 3 or 4 minutes.

Set up your grill for Indirect Heat with unlit charcoal.

Add hot charcoal and a drip pan in the middle (add water to the pan).

Place ribs on the grill over the drip pan and cook at 325F for an hour and a half.

After an hour and a half glaze with bbq sauce and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes

Glaze with bbq sauce again and cook for another 10 minutes or so.
