Boiled Chocolate Icing

   Combine cocoa, sugar and salt.

   Add milk and bring to a boil, stirring often.

   Cook to 232u00b0 or until a small amount forms a soft ball in cold water.

   Remove from heat and drop in butter.

   Cool to lukewarm.

   Add vanilla and beat until mixture thickens slightly. Spread on cake.
