Blushing Chicken

   Flatten chicken breasts. Put some olive oil on both sides of chicken and put in bread crumbs to coat.

   Place heaps of cheeses, with a little sauce and sprinkle with oregano in the center of each breast.

   Fold breast around filling and secure with a toothpick.

   Place in a casserole dish.

   Cover bottom of casserole dish with spaghetti sauce and coat chicken breasts with sauce. Top with mushrooms and more Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.

   Serve with pasta, rice or vegetables.
