Ingredients: 1 pound grnd beef; 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs; 1 slightly beaten egg; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/4 pound blue cheese; 1 can Golden brown mushroom soup or possibly cream of celery soup; 2 c. water; 2 c. uncooked fine noodles; 2 tbsp. sliced green onion; 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 pound grnd beef
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 pound blue cheese
1 can Golden brown mushroom soup or possibly cream of celery soup
2 c. water
2 c. uncooked fine noodles
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Mix thoroughly grnd beef, bread crumbs, egg and salt.

Divide into 4 parts.

Divide blue cheese into 4 parts and place one in the center of each piece of meat mix.

Shape meat firmly around cheese into patties.

Brown patties in skillet.

Use butter or possibly shortening if necessary.

Pour off fat.
