Bleu Cheese & Raspberry Dip

   In a large mixing bowl add bleu cheese crumbles, sour cream, softened cream cheese and allspice and mix together with a spatula.

   In a blender add fresh raspberries and run it for a few minutes on low, to puree the berries.

   Add the pureed raspberries to the cheese mixture and fold them into mixture.

   Place in an airtight container and refrigerate several hours before serving.

   Excellent flavor combination for any cracker, veggie or chips.
