Blackberry And Vodka Sorbet With Mixed Berries Recipe

   Place blackberries in a blender; process till smooth.

   Press blackberry puree through a sieve into a medium bowl; throw away seeds.

   Add in 3/4 c. sugar, 1/3 c. lime juice, 1/4 c. vodka, lemon juice and liqueur to black berry puree; stir well

   Pour blackberry mix into the freezer can of an ice cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.

   Spoon into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze till hard.

   Combine 1/4 c. sugar, 1/3 c. lime juice, strawberries, blueberries and 1/3 c. vodka in a large bowl; stir gently.

   Let stand 2 hrs.

   Spoon 3/4 c. strawberry mix into each of 8 glasses; top each with 1/2 c. sorbet.
