Black Sesame and Kinako Soy Milk

   Put the soy milk and honey in a cup, and microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.

   Add the kinako and black sesame seeds, mix very, very well and it's done!

   If you heat up the soy milk to at least 60C before mixing, the kinako will dissolve into it, so I recommend heating it.

   Drink this every morning and evening for the greatest results!!

   I recommend having it twice a day.

   When I ran out of honey, I tried using dark brown sugar instead, which was delicious, too.

   If you get bored with the original formula, please try using brown sugar!

   Diet version: I'm busy in the mornings, so I make a smoothie by dissolving the drink with water instead of breakfast.

   You should take in at least 400 to 500 kcal per meal, otherwise even if you do lose weight, you're likely to put it back on right away.
