   Heat oven to 325 degrees.

   Line muffin pans with foil-laminated baking c.. Place vanilla wafer on bottom of each.

   In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese till smooth.

   Add in sugar, cocoa, and flour; blend well.

   Add in Large eggs; beat well.

   Stir in lowfat sour cream and almond extract.

   Fill each prepared c. almost full with mix.

   Bake 20-25 min or possibly till set.

    Remove from oven; cold 5 - 10 min.

    Cold completely in pans; chill.

    Garnish with dollop of cherry pie filling just before serving.

    1 c lowfat sour cream 1/4 c sugar 2 Tbsp cocoa Stir together ingredients in small bowl till sugar is dissolved.
