1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 bay leaf
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 large onions, chopped

1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. rice, cooked
3 to 4 c. water

Rinse and soak beans 10 to 12 hours.

Bring to a boil.

Simmer until beans are tender.

Saute onion and pepper in 1/2 of oil.
