Worcestershire sauce; 1 c. Chicken stock; 1 tsp Honey; 1/4 c. Loosely-packed cilantro leaves; 2 tsp Lime juice; 2 Tbsp. Butter Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

1 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 1/2 tsp Dry oregano
1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
2 Tbsp. Pure grnd Pasilla chili pwdr
1 c. Cooked black beans rinsed if canned
1 c. Minced tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. Chicken stock
1 tsp Honey
1/4 c. Loosely-packed cilantro leaves
2 tsp Lime juice
2 Tbsp. Butter Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

In a small skillet, toast the cumin seeds, oregano, sesame seeds, and chili pwdr, stirring constantly for 3 min, and then place in a blender.

Then add in the beans, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock, honey, cilantro, lime, butter, and salt and pepper to taste.

Puree till smooth.

Now transfer the mole to a medium saucepan and heat till it thickens, about 5 min.

Serve over poultry or possibly fish accompanied by some tortilla chips.
