In a large heavy skillet, saute onions and garlic till slightly crispy and brown, add chopped weeniers and brown also, start biscuits according to package instructions now, as it will time perfectly to all finishing at same time.
2
mix milk, pepper, salt and flour with a whisk and keep whisking as you pour mixture into skillet, turn heat up to high and keep stirring gravy till starts to bubble turn heat down to med and add parsley, continue cooking and stirring till biscuits are done , gravy should be thick and if too thick add a little milk to thin, if too thin add a little corn starch or flour mixed with milk in a bowl and then poured into gravy, the trick is to not add dry flour directly into gravy and to stir slowly & constantly while cooking and you will never have lumpy, flour tasting gravy. Separate 4 biscuits in half and arrange around plate to form a sort of bowl and ladle a generous amount of gravy on and over the biscuits.
