Biscuit Cake

   Start by crushing the biscuits into the Thermomix cup.

   Grind for a few seconds in speed 9.

   Add all the ingredients except the egg and set to 10 sec., on speed 3.

   Now add the egg and set to1 min., speed 4.

   In my case it didn't take as much time.

   The blade began to make a different sound and then I turned it off.

   Remove the dough to a plate and let it cool.

   Form small balls and wrap in white sugar.

   Place in paper cups and refrigerate until serving.

    Using Bimby, in the case of this recipe, is just like using any blender.

    Just follow the order of the ingredients and keep checking the consistency.
