1 ½ cups quick oats
1 ¼ cups flour
1 cup butter flavor shortening
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla

¾ teaspoon coconut extract

Drop level 1/4 cupfuls of dough 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
