4 lbs ground beef
8 saltines, crushed
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning (Meat Magic preferred)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce (Try Me Tiger Sauce preferred)
2 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 jumbo egg
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
⅓ cup grated romano cheese
¼ cup barbecue sauce
¼ cup red wine

Preheat oven to 375F.

Combine all ingredients except the 1/4 cup barbecue sauce and the wine.

Bake for 1 hour, draining grease if necessary.

Combine remaining barbecue sauce and wine.

Pour over top of meatloaf.
