Bickford'S Baked Apple Pancake

   In one bowl, combine 2 medium apples (peeled, cored and sliced), light brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter or margarine.

   In a second bowl, combine the flour, milk, eggs and a pinch of salt.

   Preheat oven to 425u00b0.

   Melt 2 extra tablespoons of butter in a 9-inch pie plate.

   Pour in flour mixture; place apple mixture in center.

   Bake for 15 minutes.

   You will get a pleasant surprise when you open the oven.
