Bff Spinach and Artichoke Dip

   Drain spinach; press between layers of paper towels.

   Squeeze out as much of the water as you can.

   Drain and chop artichokes.

   Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, and next 4 ingredients, stirring well.

   Spoon into lightly greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish; sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

   Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

   Serve with assorted crackers or bread sticks, or my favorite is tortilla chips.
