Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In small bowl combine the oats, flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, and salt.

In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat the margarine and peanut butter till smooth.

Beat in sugars till blended.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
