1 (21 oz.) can pork and beans
2 c. cooked rice
1/3 c. catsup
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 apple
1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Crumble beef into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish; add onion. Microwave on High, uncovered, for 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink; drain.
