1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. oats, uncooked
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

In large bowl, beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
