Ingredients: 1 cup margarine; 1 cup packed brown sugar; 1/2 cup white sugar; 2 eggs; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 1 cup all-purpose flour; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon; 2 1/2 cups rolled oats; 1 cup raisins; 1 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup margarine
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, white sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy .Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, stir into the creamed mixture. Fold in the oatmeal, raisins and walnuts. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
