2 c. wheat flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt, optional
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. raisins
1 c. buttermilk, brought to room temperature
3 tbsp. dark molasses
1/2 c. saffola oil
1 lg. egg, brought to room temperature
