1 x Lge Onion, thickly sliced
1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Oil
6 x Cloves Garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 c. Minced Parsley
2 x Bay Leaves Salt And Pepper, to taste
2 can Beef Broth

Preheat oven to 325 .

Cut beef in pcs, 1 to 2 inches.
