1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 x garlic cloves chopped
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 sm onion diced
1/2 med green bell pepper diced
2 bot nonalcoholic beer - (12 ounce ea)
1 jar sliced mushrooms - (6 ounce) liquid removed
1/4 c. lite soy sauce
1 can cream of celery soup - (10 3/4 ounce) undiluted
1 c. whipping cream Warm cooked rice

Place chicken in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add in flour, and seal.

Shake to coat.

Saute/fry garlic in warm oil in a large skillet.

Add in chicken, and fry, in batches, 5 min on each side or possibly till golden.

Remove chicken, reserving drippings in skillet.

Saute/fry onion and bell pepper in drippings 5 min or possibly till tender; add in chicken, beer, mushrooms, and soy sauce.

Cook over medium heat for 30 min.

Stir in soup; cook, stirring occasionally, 30 more min.

Add in whipping cream; cook till thoroughly heated.
