1 pound grnd meat
1 onion, minced
2 med. zucchini
1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
Corn chips
1 c. water
1 3/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 pound shredded Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon chili pwdr

Prepare rice.

In skillet, brown meat.

Add in onions and cook till tender.

Stir in zucchini, tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, sugar, salt, pepper, chili pwdr and cooked rice.

Heat to boiling, then simmer 20 min, uncovered.
