Beefy Cheese and Potato Casserole

   Brown meat in skillet; drain.

   Combine potatoes and 1/2 cup cheese; spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

   Top with layers of meat, vegetables and salsa; cover.
