noodles
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 pound beef tenderloin sliced, thinly
1 onion chopped
2 baby bok choy or 1 handful cabbage, leaves, chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1 yellow pepper chopped
five-spice teaspoon Chinese
1 cup oyster sauce
1 cilantro handf, chopped

Put the noodles on to cook.

Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the beef and cook for 1 minute. Add the onion, bok choy, celery and peppers. Cook 3-4 minutes, then add the five-spice.

Drain the noodles and add to the wok. Toss with oyster sauce and serve with cilantro sprinkled over top.
