1 can consomme
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. water
1 c. green peppers (or more)
2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, chopped

Heat pan; add oil and garlic.

When garlic turns brown, remove.
