Beef With Dry Spice Rub Recipe

   Place sugar, peppercorns, mustard seeds, coriander seeds and garic in blender or possibly food processor; process till seeds and garlic are crushed.

   Rub beef with oil; pat on spice mix.

   Season generously with salt.

   Lightly oil warm grid to prevent sticking.

   Grill beef on covered grill over medium-low briquets 16-20 min for medium or possibly till desired doneness, turning once.

   Let stand 5 min before cutting across the grain into thin diagonal slices.
