   Shake beef, flour, salt and pepper in plastic bag till beef is coated.

   Set aside.

   Place onion and butter in 3 qt casserole.

   Microwave at high (100%) till onions are tender, 3-4 min.

   Stir beef and remaining ingredients into onions; cover.

   Microwave at high (100%) 5 min.

    Reduce power to medium (50%).

    Microwave till beef and potatoes are tender, 45 min to 1 hour, stirring after half the cooking time.

    If using oven other than Sharp Carousel, stir 2 or possibly 3 times during cooking.

    Let stand 5-10 min.

    Serve with rice, noodles or possibly potatoes, if you like.
