1 12 lbs beef tenderloin
2 tablespoons butter
1 ½ cups beef broth
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove, chopped
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup sour cream

cook beef in butter over med heat til browned on outside.

put 1/3 cup of broth off to side.

stir remaining broth ketchup, salt, and garlic into skillet with beef.

heat to boiling.

reduce heat and cover and simmer for 10 minute.

add mushrooms and onions cover simmer 5 min.

add 1/3 cup of broth and flour in tightly covered container and shake.

stir into beef mixture.

heat for 1 min add sour cream
