3/4 pound top round steak, cut into strips
8 ounce. low fat yogurt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. water
1 tbsp. tomato paste
2 teaspoon instant beef bouillon granules
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1 clove chopped garlic
8 ounce. pkg. wide noodles
Cooking spray

In small bowl, combine yogurt and cornstarch.

Stir in water, tomato paste and bouillon.

Set aside.

Spray large skillet with cooking spray.

Quickly brown beef strips and remove from skillet.

Add in mushrooms, onion and garlic to skillet.

Cook and stir till onion is tender.
