Ingredients: 1 lb grnd beef; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/8 tsp black pepper; 1 tsp oil; 8 ounce sliced mushrooms; 1 lrg onion minced; 3 clv garlic chopped; 1/4 c. dry white wine*; 1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted; 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream; 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard; 4 c. cooked noodles**

1 lb grnd beef
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oil
8 ounce sliced mushrooms
1 lrg onion minced
3 clv garlic chopped
1/4 c. dry white wine*
1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 c. cooked noodles**

Heat oven to 350. spray 9x13 pan with non stick cooking spray.

brown beef in skillet.

drain.

heat oil in same skillet and brown onion, mushroom and garlic until onion is tender.

in large bowl mix soup, white wine, salt, pepper and lowfat sour cream.

add in liquid removed beef and cooked noodles.

Mix with onion garlic mix.

Pour into greased pan.

bake at 350 for 30 min or possibly till heated through.

* do not drink what is left in bottle.

** i didn't have noodles so I used lasagna noodles.
