3 1/2 tbsp flour
1/4 cup butter
1 cup onion, chopped
1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed beef bouillon
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup sour cream
1 pints chopped mushrooms
1 lb egg noodles

Dredge steak strips with flour; reserve remaining flour

Brown strips in melted butter in 12-inch skillet

Add onion and cook 3-4 minutes

Remove meat and onion from skillet

Blend reserved flour into pan drippings in skillet
