4 Tbsp. plain flour
4 Tbsp. butter
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. catsup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
1 c. sour cream
cooked rice or noodles

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a hot skillet.

Add meat and quickly brown on all sides.
