1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. beef broth
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. Accent
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
1 c. thick sour cream

Heat over low heat in 10-inch heavy skillet. Combine meat, onion and garlic.
