Ingredients: 1/2 c. chopped onion; 1/4 c. margarine; 1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into strips; 2 Tbsp. flour; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/4 tsp. pepper; 1/4 tsp. paprika; 1 jar mushrooms; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1 c. sour cream (optional)

Saute onions in margarine until golden.

Stir in beef and seasonings.

Add mushrooms.

Saute until meat is done.

Add soup; simmer 10 minutes.

Stir in sour cream.

Serve over biscuits, rice, noodles or baked potatoes.
