3 Tbsp. margarine
1 chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. beef stock
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream

Brown meat.

Cook onions in margarine.

Remove from heat and add mushrooms and ketchup.

Heat slowly and gradually add sour cream, stirring constantly.
