Spread out each flank steak and spread with mustard. Place a strip of bacon and slices of potato, carrot and onion down the center of each steak lengthwise. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roll up each steak and secure with two toothpicks. Cut each roll in half.

Fry the rolls in a little oil in a pan until the meat is cooked on the outside, approximately 2 minutes on each side. Lower the heat.

Blend the tomatoes, broth, diced onion, garlic, salt and pepper in the blender. Add to the pan and cook 20 minutes until the flavors blend.
