Cut the tops off the okra and chop up roughly.

Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with katakuriko.

Julienne the ginger.

Pour sesame oil in a pan, add the ginger, and turn on the heat.

When it becomes fragrant, add the beef and stir-fry.

When the beef has browned all over, add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and honey all at once, simmer and mix well.

Add the okra, stir-fry briefly, and it's done.

Serve some cooked rice in a bowl, and add Step 3 on top.

Break in the quail egg in the middle, sprinkle a few drops of ra-yu (it will add spiciness and bring all the flavors together), and it's done.
