Beef 'N Broccoli Stir Fry

   Slice beef in strips (across grain i.e.

   across the narrow width).

   Mix 2 tablespoons water with soy sauce and cornstarch in small bowl.

   In 10 inch skillet, heat 1 1/2 teaspoons oil.

   Add vegetables and stir fry 2 minutes until broccoli is bright green.

   Reduce heat to low, add remaining 2 tablespoons water, cover and simmer 1 minute.

   Return beef to skillet.
