Beef Mushroom Pockets

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

   Brown hamburger (I always add in onion, salt and pepper, and garlic when cooking hamburger).

   Drain and set aside.

   Melt butter in a pan and add green onion, garlic, mushrooms, spinach, salt and pepper.

   Cook until spinach is wilted.

   Add ground beef, soup, and cheese and mix well.

   On a baking sheet, lay out the crescent rolls, keeping two together forming a rectangle.

   Spoon some of the mixture into the middle of the roll and fold the sides around to form a pocket.

   (Press all the seams together to seal, but dont worry if there are a few holes!)

    Bake for about 15 minutes or until rolls look golden brown.
