Cornstarch; 1 tsp Sesame oil; 2 x Garlic cloves crushed; 1 tsp Soybean condiment (mein see) see * Note; 2 tsp Finely grated orange peel; 1/4 tsp MSG optional; 1 bn Spinach or possibly mustard greens for garnish

1/4 tsp Freshly grated ginger
1 tsp Sugar
2 x Green onions minced

1 tsp Sesame oil
2 x Garlic cloves crushed
1 tsp Soybean condiment (mein see) see * Note
2 tsp Finely grated orange peel
1/4 tsp MSG optional
1 bn Spinach or possibly mustard greens for garnish
