1 pound top beef round, cubed
1 sm. minced onion
1 1/4 c. fine dry red wine
1/4 teaspoon tarragon
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. lightly salted butter
1/2 pound mushrooms, halved
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon dry green onion
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 pound green beans, slightly steamed

Brown beef in butter in large skillet over medium heat.

Add in minced onion and mushrooms; saute/fry.

Add in wine and seasonings.

Place in covered 1 qt casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Blend flour with remaining 1/4 c. red wine and stir into meat dish.
