Sesame Flavored Tender Chicken Breasts and Bok Choy

   Boil the bok choy, let cool, and cut into 2 cm pieces.

   Cut the chicken into 1 cm wide strips along the grain.

   Rub in the ingredients.

   Bring a pot of water to a light boil.

   Scatter the chicken pieces into the water.

   This will lower the water temperature, but will heat up again so cook the chicken for 5 minutes without bringing the water to a boil.

   Put the bok choy, boiled chicken, and seasoning ingredients into a bowl and mix together.

   This is what it looks when it is mixed together thoroughly.

   Arrange on a plate and it's done.

    Milder leafy greens also goes well with this.
