3 cups water
1/4 cup cooking wine
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon parsley
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Cook and stir hamburger, onion and garlic in Dutch oven until hamburger is light brown, drain.
