Ingredients: 2 tablespoons salt; 2 teaspoons onion powder; 1 teaspoon garlic powder; 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper; 2 tablespoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt; 1 teaspoon ground red pepper; 5 lbs beef (Trimmed of fat and sliced in 1/8 inch thick strips); 2 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke; 1 1/2 cups soy sauce; 1 1/2 cups Worcestershire sauce; 2 teaspoons Frank's red hot sauce (or and hot sauce)

Servings: persons

2 tablespoons salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
5 lbs beef (Trimmed of fat and sliced in 1/8 inch thick strips)
2 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke
1 1/2 cups soy sauce
1 1/2 cups Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Frank's red hot sauce (or and hot sauce)

Mix first 6 ingredients in a shaker.

Layer beef in a large bowl with each layer 90 degrees from the previous and sprinkle with seasoning.

Combine last 4 ingredients and pour over seasoned beef mixture.

Cove and refrigerate overnight to 4 days.

Remove from marinade and place in dehydrator and sprinkle with more of the seasoning mix. Run till dehydrated chewy and delectable.

If you don't have a dehydrator or smoker place on wire racks and put in your oven at 150u00b0F till done.
